- Your email address, used to send sign-in codes and project updates.
- Project requirements you share during planning conversations (goals, content, brand preferences, budget and timeline signals).
- Files and links you provide (photos, documents, cloud links).
- Messages exchanged with our team.
Where it is stored
All data is stored on this website (https://pro.knowhalim.com), operated by Pro Agent. Conversations with the assistant are also processed by OpenAI as the platform provider of the GPT interface.
What we do NOT do
We do not sell or share your data with third parties beyond the service providers needed to operate this service.
Retention & deletion
Project data is retained for the duration of the engagement and reasonable archival. To request deletion of your account and data, email knowhalimofficial@gmail.com — deletion covers your account, uploaded assets, messages and sign-in records.
